Refund Policy

Fit Homes LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) requires a service deposit to reserve appointment time and resources. This Refund Policy explains how deposits and payments are handled.

Service Deposit

Deposit Amount: $125 due at the time of booking.

This deposit:

• Reserves your appointment and service window
• Is applied toward the total cost of completed work
• Is not a visit or consultation fee

Refund Eligibility

The $125 deposit is non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed, except in the following circumstances:

• Fit Homes cancels the appointment and cannot reschedule within a reasonable timeframe
• A duplicate or erroneous charge occurs

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule with reasonable notice, subject to availability.
• Missed appointments, late cancellations, or denied access to the property may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Final Pricing

Final service pricing is confirmed on-site after evaluation. Any remaining balance is due upon completion of work.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Fit Homes LLC does not store or have access to full payment details.
